The Chairman of the Joint Negotiation Council (JNC), Ekiti State, Comrade Femi Ajoloko, has rejoiced with the Governor of Ekiti State, Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, over his victory at the APC primary election.
Ajoloko, in a statement made available to newsmen, said the victory was well-deserved, considering the Governor’s outstanding performance in office and purposeful leadership style.
Ajoloko, who doubles as the Chairman of JOHESU and MAHUN, said the Governor had crossed the most difficult hurdle to his second term, noting that the general election would be a cakewalk for him.
He noted that the support for Oyebanji was not out of sentiment or frivolities but a decision taken out of personal conviction based on the support the Governor gave to workers and how he handled various union agitations in the state without bias and prejudice.
Ajoloko said: “On behalf of my esteemed followers, I congratulate our people’s Governor for securing the second-term ticket.
It is what we expected, and we are glad he got it. We will continue to support the Governor to ensure he wins the governorship election with a landslide victory.”
