The Former Chairman, Nigeria Electricity Regulatory Commission, NERC, Dr Sam Amadi has expressed displeasure over the National Assembly Screening process for appointed Ministers.

Dr Sam said this during an interactive session with Arise TV after the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio unveiled the list of Chairmen of Senate Committees of the 10th Senate.

According to Dr Sam, the National Assembly did the “worse” job “ever” in the screening process.

“You have a nominee with real allegations of corruption in his former office; these are serious issues for hearings.” He added.
