The Mother of Comrade Kolapo Olatunde, Chairman of the Nigeria Labour Congress NLC, Ekiti State, Deaconess Esther Abike Kolapo has passed on.
In a statement in Ado-Ekiti, the Ekiti State NLC Chairman said that his mother, aged 104 passed on today, Wednesday, 29th of May.
The NLC Chairman described his late mother as an inestimable jewel, saying he would surely miss her.
Comrade Olatunde appreciated the outpouring of love and support already received from friends, relatives, and colleagues.
According to him, the date of the burial would be announced later.
