Ekiti INEC Cooperative Multipurpose Society holds send forth ceremony for 9 retirees

The Cooperative Multipurpose Society of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Ekiti State has held a befitting send forth ceremony for nine of its members as they bowed out of service.

The retirees, who were showered with gifts and prizes, were celebrated at the headquarters in Ado-Ekiti.

The President of the Cooperative,
Opeyemi Onasanya said the ceremony was to commomerate their efforts in the commission, having served the nation for 35 years.

The Administrative Secretary of INEC, Adedapo Aderibigbe also lauded the indelible marks left by the retirees, adding that the commission will soon organise another befitting ceremony for them.

ROUNDOFFNEWS gathered that out of the 9 retirees, 6 of them bowed out of service as electoral officers.

The retirees are: Mrs Ayeleso Oluwatoyin, Mr Falade Julius, Pastor Ayeleso Kehinde, Mrs Kolade Ayodele, Mr Dada Emmanuel, Mrs Komolafe Oluwayemisi, Mr Ossai Joseph, Mr Aladesiun James and Mr Adelusi Joshua.
