A Non-Governmental Organisation, Yemi Oshe Foundation has distributed food items to over one hundred people in Odo Ado Area of Ado Ekiti.
Distributing the food items to the beneficiaries, the Founder of the Yemi Oshe Foundation, Mr Opeyemi Bamidele Omotoyinbo noted that the step was taken to put smile on the faces of the people and ameliorate the economic hardship.
Mr Bamidele-Omotoyinbo, who was represented by a member of the organisation, noted that he would not relent in his efforts to extend hands of fellowship to the less privileged in the society.
The Founder of Yemi Oshe Foundation explained that the food stuff would go a long way for the beneficiaries to feed their family and urged well-meaning individuals in the country to emulate such.
He said giving to the less privileged would reduce criminal activities in the nation and appealed to government to put in place more programmes that would address the needs of Nigerians.
In separate interviews, some of the chiefs who graced the programme from various quarters of Odo Ado, Ado Ekiti prayed for the founder Mr Opeyemi Bamidele Omotoyinbo and his crew members.
Food items distributed are rice and garri
