The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer CEO, of Air Peace, Allen Onyema has volunteered to evacuate Nigerians in Sudan following the current crisis going on in the country.

He made this known on Monday where he expressed pressing desire to evacuate stranded Nigerians from Sudan at all cost.

He said, “if the government can take stranded Nigerians in Sudan to a safe and secure airport in any of the neighbouring countries bordering Sudan, Air Peace is willing to evacuate them, free of cost.”

Reacting to this, Former Senator, Kaduna Central, Senator Shehu Sani took to his Official Twitter Account @ShehuSani to commend Allen for exhibiting aid, describing him as a patriot.

Shehu said, “Other Nigerian Airlines are only generous when it comes to discounting passengers for Turbaning Ceremonies,Weddings and campaigns.Thank you Allen’s Air Peace for your patriotism and sacrifice.”

Also, expressing his displeasure towards other Airlines, Shehu stated that, they are only interested in religious tours having no regards for human lives, especially for Nigerians in Sudan.

He stated, “The Airlines who were bitterly competing to fly people to Saudi Arabia and Jerusalem for religious purposes are not interested in helping to save lives of Nigerians in stranded Sudan.”
