US, NATO to Strengthen Support, Defense for Ukraine, Sweden

The United State, US has met with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg to heighten support for Ukraine and Sweden.

This was relayed in a statement by the Spokesperson for the Secretary of States, Matthew Miller via his Official Twitter Account @StateDeptSpox.

According to the statement, the US Secretary, Antony J. Blinken met with NATO Secretary General to discuss issues relating to the forth coming NATO Summit.

The statement reads, “Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken met with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg today in Washington. Secretary Blinken and Secretary General Stoltenberg discussed priorities for the July 11-12 NATO Summit in Vilnius, including continued support to Ukraine, strengthening Alliance deterrence and defense, and our commitment to Sweden’s NATO accession.”
