The Social Economic Right and Accountability Project (SERAP) has said despite the Court order, the President Bola Tinubu’s administration is yet to publish how the Obasanjo, Yar’Adua, Jonathan and Buhari governments spent over $5 billion recovered Abacha loot.

SERAP made this known recently in a statement on its official Twitter handle @SERAPNigeria.

According to SERAP, President Tinubu has failed to respect Court order,

The statement reads, “It is now 29 DAYS since the Court ordered the Tinubu administration to publish how the Obasanjo, Yar’Adua, Jonathan and Buhari governments spent over $5 billion recovered Abacha loot. The administration has FAILED to acknowledge or implement the judgment.”
