An Agbado Ekiti born politician and member of the committee for appointment inaugurated by Governor Oyebanji, Hon. Olalekan Ijidale has said that the verdict of the supreme court is a victory for Ekiti people.
According to Ijidale, Ekiti people actually defied all odds to vote for the Governor, saying an otherwise judgement would have been a disservice to the people and the consequential effects would have been grave.
He called on Chief Segun Oni to join hands with Governor Oyebanji to build Ekiti State and make it great.
Ijidale rejoiced with Governor Oyebanji on the victory just as he salute his courage through out the litigation process.
According to Ijidale, the governor did not cease from doing the needful even when their were fears in all quarters.
“I salute his courage, he is indeed a great leader and I am fast learning from some of his traits.
