Ramadan: Oyebanji calls for Religious Harmony

…says Ekiti among states without Religious crisis

The Governor of Ekiti State, Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji has called on residents of the state to continue maintaining religious harmony and foster unity among citizens.

The Governor made the call while joining Ekiti Muslim leaders yesterday for the breaking of Ramadan fast.

In his words, “Ekiti State is blessed. It is one of the few states without religious crisis in the country, and it is important we continue to maintain this religious harmony and foster unity among all the citizens.”

Also, Oyebanji on his verified Twitter handle, @biodunaoyebanji extended greetings to Muslim faithful in this holy month of Ramadan.

“It is a time of reflection, generosity, and compassion, and I am honoured to participate in this year’s Iftar.” The Governor noted.
