Protesters Hit Labour Party Headquarters

President of the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, Comrade Joel Ajaero has led a Liberation Protest to the Headquarters of Labour Party to clamour for the reopening of the headquarters to show support for the controversial National Chairman of Labour Party,Barr. Julius Abure.

Recall that Barr. Abure was suspended indefinitely by the Edo Labour Party Ward Executive on account of an alleged forgery and perjury which Sahara Reporters reported was authenticated after a Federal Capital Territory High Court, Abuja, ordered that he should stop parading himself as the National Chairman of the party.

According to reports, on account of his failure to comply with the court’s order the headquarters was shut down as such, instigating protesters to clamour for its reopening.
