Nigeria Police to hunt members tarnishing its image

By Udesinanna Stephen

The Nigeria Police Force has said it will proceed in hunting police officers tarnishing its image.

This was made known by the Force Public Relations officers, Prince Olumuyiwa in a statement on his X page @princemoye1.

He said, “We will continue to go after the erring policemen who are bent on tarnishing the image of the force.”

Also, he said, “Checking of people’s phones on the road is not proper. In fact, it’s highly unprofessional. I am sure you know we have reacted and condemned it severely.

More so, he called on the masses to report any illicit act by Police officers. “So, report them to us, and we will take such cases up.” He added.
