Nigeria Association For Physical Health Education to hold a 3-day Worshop in Abuja

…set to upgrade PHE knowledge in schools

The Nigeria Association For Physical Health Education, Recreation, Sports And Dance has commenced a three-day workshop geared towards upgrading the knowledge of physical education teachers in secondary schools in FCT, Abuja.

The workshop which is scheduled to hold between Tuesday 24th and Saturday 28th of October, 2023 under the distinguished Chairmanship of the Director/Secretary, FCTSEB, Dr. Sani Mohammed Landan was made known in a statement signed by its Public Relations Officer, Kehinde Lamidi lately.

Speaking on the workshop with the theme “Promoting Efficiency In The Teaching Of Physical And Health In Secondary Education”, which would be holding at the Government Secondary School, Wuse 3, Abuja, Nigeria, the National President Of NAPHER-SD, Professor Bola Florence Adeyanju declared that the same capacity training will be held in all states in Nigeria.

Professor Adeyanju further said that, various instructors would be involved in disseminating knowledge.

” I am extremely delighted and excited about this programme because it will go a long way in promoting and resuscitating the teaching of the subject, Physical and Health Education in secondary schools in Nigeria”, Professor Adeyanju emphasises
