Following the legal pursuit by the 2023 Presidential Candidate of the People Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar to disqualify Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the President of Nigeria, Atiku has said If Tinubu escapes this time, he might never be touched again.

This was made known recently by Atiku’s Special Assistant, Digital Media Strategy, Demola Olarewaju on his X account @DemolaRewaju,

He said, “If Tinubu escapes his past this time again, he will become almost untouchable.”

“That Nigeria once had this man in its aim under Jonathan, but we didn’t pull the trigger, is why we must all rally around Atiku Abubakar at this time and ensure Tinubu meets his waterloo this time.” He added.

ROUNDOFFNEW recall that in a bid to disqualify the emergence of Tinubu as President, the Atiku of the PDP and Obi of the Labour Party (LP) are challenging the outcome of the 2023 general election that led to the declaration of Tinubu as President by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) has dismissed all petitions seeking Tinubu disqualification on the grounds of no merit or evidence. In the meantime, the Atiku legal team are at the forefront of challenging Tinubu’s attendance at Chicago University at a US Court. Questions regarding Tinubu’s name on the certificate have been raised based on the alleged forgery of Chicago varsity certification, which has been filed at the Supreme Court.
