…as chairman Dr Aluko promises support for the rector
The Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) Ado Ekiti Branch has congratulated the newly appointed Rector of the Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti, Dr Temitope John Alake.
Dr. Temitope John Alake, who is a Chief Lecturer in the Polytechnic succeeds Dr. Dayo Hephzibah Oladebeye, whose five years tenure expires at midnight of 22nd February, 2023.
In a statement in Ado Ekiti, the Branch Chairman, Nigerian Society of Nigeria, Ado Ekiti, Dr. Oluwasegun Aluko described the appointment of Dr Alake who is second alumnus rector of the Polytechnic as purely on merit and well deserving. He extolled the wealth of experience, diligence, professionalism and expertise of the new Rector.
Dr Aluko expressed belief in the new Rector, saying he would build on the achievements of the outgoing rector of the Polytechnic and bring positive development to the institution.
The NSE Chairman prayed God to grant him the needed knowledge and understanding to sail the ship of the citadel of learning successful with a promise that members of the society would do everything to support him.
He also congratulated the outgoing Rector for a very successful tenure. He commended him for being a good model to young engineers in the State.
