EKICCIMA Inaugurates 2024 Trade Fair Committee, Pledges to Promote Economic Growth

The Ekiti Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines & Agriculture (EKICCIMA) on Monday inaugurated a committee for the 2024 Ekiti International Trade Fair.

The members of the committee include; Dr. Mrs Oni, Chairperson; Mr. Borisade, Deputy Chairman; Alhaji Elegbede Jubril, Vice Chairman; Mr. Moyo Aina, Vice Chairman 2; Apostle Sanya Fabiyi, Secretary; Representative of City Chambers and Representative of Trade Groups.

Inaugurating the committee, the Chairman of EKICCIMA, Femi Hassan charged the committee members to strive for excellence and professionalism that would improve the conduct of the fair.

Hassan noted that the upcoming trade fair is aimed at promoting the economic growth and development of the State.

While calling on the committee to be proactive and take initiatives to address challenges and opportunities, he urged them to be creative and innovative in their approach, planning and execution of the fair.

His words: “This committee has been established to organize and oversee the successful execution of the upcoming trade fair, which aims to promote economic growth and development in our state.

“To the members of the committee, I charge you with the following responsibilities: Work together as a team to achieve the committee’s objective. Utilize your expertise and experience to contribute to the success of the trade fair.

“Ensure transparency and accountability in all aspects of the trade fair planning and execution. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on progress. Strive for excellence and professionalism in all aspects of the trade fair.

“I have no doubt that with your collective expertise and commitment, this trade fair will be a resounding success. Let us work together to make it a reality.”
