Report reaching Roundoffnews.com says the indigenes of Efon Alaaye in Ekiti State from across the globe, will converge on Saturday the 26th August, 2023, to launch the first tranche of the one billion naira Efon Alaaye Strategic Development Fund.
The event, which is the grand finale of the week long Efon Alaaye Day 2023, will hold at the CAC Grammar School grounds, Efon Alaaye.
A statement issued by the President General, Efon Alaaye Development League, Mr Olabode Fagbemiro, says Ekiti State Governor, Mr. Biodun Oyebanji, is the special guest, while the royal father, is the Alaaye, Oba Dr. Emmanuel Aladejare and the guest speaker is the Araba of Osogbo, Chief Ifayemi Elebuibon.
Highlights of the week-long events include, intellectual banquet, cultural exhibition, medical outreaches, beauty pageant and sports.
