DIG Alabi Delivers NUJ Annual Lecture on Saturday

…as NUJ invites citizens to participate

A public lecture organized by the Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ Ekiti State Council comes up tomorrow Saturday.

A statement by the Chairman of the Union, Comrade Kayode Babatuyi says the lecture will be delivered by the Deputy Inspector General of Police in-charge of Criminal Investigative Department, FCID, Federal Headquarters, Abuja who doubles as the coordinating DIG of South West Geo-political Zone, DIG Abiodun Alabi.

The statement confirms that the lecture will take place at G-Bos Hotel and Event Centre, beside sterling Bank, Bank Road, Ado Ekiti by 10am.

DIG Alabi will be speaking on the topic; The Role of Media in promoting National Peace and Security.

All members of the public, corporate organizations, security Chiefs and labour leaders are invited to be part of the interactive programme so as to brainstorm on how to make the Nation a better place.
