The Presidential Election Petition Court, PEPC, has dismissed the Labour Party, LP petition against the All Progressive Congress, APC, on account of 25 percent vote required in the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, to win the Presidential Election.
The Court ruled that FCT citizens does not enjoy special privileges ahead of other states.
