The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal, PEPT has ruled out Labour Party, LP petition on the alleged manipulation of the Presidential election results by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
The Tribunal ruled that, Peter Obi and the LP have failed to establish that INEC deliberately refused to upload results to the IReV in other to manipulate the election result in favour of President Bola Tinubu.
