….says award will encourage Governor to do more
The Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees, NULGE, Ekiti State has rejoiced with Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji over his decoration with the outstanding Governor of the Year, 2023 award by the Daily Independent Newspaper, Nigeria.
In a statement signed by on behalf of the SAC and SEC of the Union, the president, Comrade Oluseyi Olatunde affirmed that the Governor worked for the recognition and truly deserved it.
He congratulated, the Deputy Governor of Ekiti State, Chief Monisade Afuye, the SSG, Dr. Habitat Adubiaro, the wife of the Governor, Dr Olayemi and every cabinet member of the Governor who have also supported him to achieve the various success that earned him the National recognition.
Olatunde urged the Governor not to relent but continue to serve his people diligently with a promise that members of his union who are council workers would continue to support him.
The NULGE president prayed God to continue to uphold the Governor and give him the wisdom to record more breakthroughs that would earn him a global recognition.
