ASSEMBLY ELECTION: APC CANDIDATES IN MOBA, IDO-OSI, ILEJEMEJE CAST VOTES

…commend INEC, express confidence of victory

The All Progressives Congress, APC, candidate for the seat Moba Constituncy 2 at the Ekiti State House of Assembly, Hon. Awoniyi Jacob Adeyemi and his counterpart from Ido Osi constituncy 2 Hon. Yomi Ayorinde have commended the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC for the appreciable improvement recorded in the conduct of election.

The APC candidates who spoke seperately with newsmen after they cast their votes at their various polling units expressed hope of victory at the end of the exercise.

First to speak was Hon. Awoniyi Adeyemi who said the BVAS machine worked perfectly saying he was captured in less than a minute.

Hon. Adeyemi noted that the turn out in his unit and Erimope in generally was impressive with the hope that he will win the election.

Also Speaking, Hon. Ayorinde said his party has done well for his Constituency and as a person he has never shirk in his social responsibility hence he is hopeful of victory.

Hon. Ayorinde also commended INEC for a job well done and urged his people to stay back and monitor their votes.

Similarly, the APC candidate for Ilejemeje constituncy, Hon Fakunle Okieimen thanked God for the success achieved so far.

According to Hon. Okieimen, the turnout was not too impressive because Ekiti did not hold governorship poll.

She also praise INEC for a job welldone.

The APC candidates appreciated, Governor, Biodun Oyebanji, former Governor Kayode Fayemi, Lawmaker elect Akinlayo Kolawole among other leaders of the party for their support which they said was already manifesting.
