Following INEC’s resumption of the collation of the Gubernatorial Elections results in Abia State, Labour Party Candidate Alex Otti has been declared winner of the poll.
This was announced today by the state’s returning officer, Mrs Nnenaya Oti,at the state’s collation centre, Umuahia.
According to the returning officer, Prof. Nenna Oti, the Labour Party candidate had a total vote count of 175,467, making him constitutional eligibe for the post.
