Omotoso urged Nigerians to support Tinubu’s candidacy, noting that Nigeria under his watch would witness unprecedented human capital development, positive economic and industrial revolution.

” I am proud to say that Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu is the best presidential candidate for the Nation at this precarious time when Nigeria is battling with security challenges and economic challenges.

” AOM as a movement will not spare anything to ensure he gets highest vote in the 2023 presidential election. For us as a body to achieve this lofty idea, we are not only going to canvass and mobilise votes for our national leader, Tinubu, we will also engage in voters education.

In his remarks, Chairman of the Movement, Alhaji Dauda Lawal described Tinubu as the most suitable, competent and patriotic politician.

Lawal charged the newly inaugurated coordinators in all the 16 local government areas to start house to house campaign to encourage youths and women participation in politics towards ensuring the emergence of Tinubu.

He expressed the group readiness to engage more prominent Nigerians across party levels to support Tinubu’s emergence owing to his capacity to tackle the various problems facing the country.

“As you are been inaugurated, I want to challenge you all and call on all our members and other progressives Nigerians from across the length and breath of Nigeria to mobilise enmass for a patriot and nationalist.

“I believe this is the only way we can assist him in bringing about the necessary changes needed in the country,” he said.

Reacting, the AOM coordinator for Ido- Osi local government area, Mrs Folasade Oluwole, and her counterparts from Ekiti South -West local government area, Mrs Hellen Ogunrinde and
Mrs Ayoola Ayoka from Ijero Local government area respectively said the group would join hands with other progressives Nigerians to achieve common goal of sensitising and mobilising supporters at all levels.

“We need proper and massive awareness to enlighten people of this great task that will restore hope for the future and it is important we take the mobilisation to the grassroots, especially to women, who do not have access to the internet but turn out in large numbers to vote on election days,’’ they said.

They added that Tinubu had lifted uncountable Nigerians out of poverty and helped actualised their dreams irrespective of their political, religion and ethnicity.
