TINUBU’S VICTORY, RENEWED HOPE FOR NIGERIANS…AYO OMOTOSO AFFIRMS

…says election was fair and credible

An All Progressives Congress Stalwart in Ekiti State, Engineer Ayo Omotoso has congratulated the President-elect Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his victory in the February 25th presidential election describing his emergence as a renewed hope for Nigerians.

In his congratulatory message, Engr. Omotoso described the presidential election as a fair and credible exercise that allowed the full expression of the sovereign will of the Nigerian people.

The Convener of Ayo Omotoso Movement (AOM) and Ayo Omotoso Foundation (AOF) said he be­lieved Tinubu would deliver on the mandate given him by Nigerians considering his track records as an achiever of good governance and development of human and capital.

He urged other candidates to join forces with the President elect to develop and nurture the Nation back to greatness.

Reacting to the acceptance speech of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, Omotoso said; “You have chosen brotherhood over insecurity, victory over defeat, hope over despair, prosperity over poverty. You have elected the pathway toward a greater Nigeria”.

The Itapa Ekiti born political juggernaut also explained that Nigeria would be a lot better under the leadership of the President-elect whom he said would lay the critical reforms that would help boost the socio-economic of the Country.

Engineer Omotoso expressed absolute confidence in Asiwaju Tinubu’s capacity to turn around the fortunes of the country and lead Nigeria on the path of greater economic prosperity and international relevance.

He congratulated Nigerians for the success of the electoral process, adding that the success of the 2023 elections affirmed that democracy has come to stay for good in the country.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had on Wednesday, declared Asiwaju Tinubu winner of the February 25 Presidential election having scored the highest number of votes of 8,794,72 to defeat Atiku Abubakar of the PDP who polled 6,984,520 and Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP) who got 6,101 533.

Engineer Omotoso also extended his congratulatory messages to all the Party’s National Assembly Candidates who came victorious in their respective Constituencies.

He assured the people that the senator elect in the North Senatorial District of the state, Hon. Cryril Fasuyi and other House of Representatives candidates elected Hon. Akintunde Rotimi and Hon. Akinlayo Kolawole would deliver on their campaign promises assuredly.

On the March 11 State Assembly Election in the state, Engineer Omotoso
urged the good people of Ekiti to keep faith with all the candidates of the All Progressives Congress by Voting enmass for them.

He appealed especially to the people of Ekiti North senatorial district to vote in confidence and emmass for Mr. Tope Longe and Mr. Idowu Odebunmi as house of Assembly members in Oye Constituencies 1 and 2 respectively
as well as Mr Femi Fatunla and Adeoye Aribasoye as legislators in Ikole Constituencies 1 and 2.

He said by voting for the party’s candidates in the state would further compliment the efforts of Governor Biodun Oyebanji in delivering on the dividends of democracy to the people of the district and indeed Ekiti state.
