I Spend at Least ₦551m on Monthly Bills — Pastor Tobi Adegboyega

Controversial UK-based Nigerian preacher and leader of SPAC Nation, Tobi Adegboyega, has publicly outlined his daily financial commitments, stating that his total routine expenses amount to at least £300,000 each day.

Speaking during a livestreamed interview with online content creator Davrel regarding his regular financial outlay, Adegboyega explained that his expenditures include dedicated daily allocations of £14,000 for food alongside £5,000 intended for financial support across various African nations.

Addressing long-standing public criticism and characterizations of SPAC Nation as a cult, the cleric attributed the label to widespread unfamiliarity with the collective wealth and unity of his congregation.

He noted that unlike traditional religious institutions where wealth remains concentrated solely at the leadership level while members struggle, his organization enables young followers to achieve a comparable level of financial prosperity and luxury to his own.

He added that he no longer holds resentment toward critics making such claims, attributing their perceptions to confusion over an unfamiliar model of shared prosperity within a ministry.

Adegboyega’s statements have reignited public debate regarding the lifestyle of religious leaders, the operational transparency of youth-focused ministries, and broader concepts of wealth generation within modern churches.
