WE ARE HAPPY WITH OYEBANJI FOR APPOINTING MEMBER – RATTAWU

The leadership of Radio, Television, Theatre and Arts Workers’ Union (RATTAWU) Ekiti State Council has shown appreciation to the government of His Excellency Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji for appointing one of the leaders of the Union, Com. Mary Oso-Omotosho as Senior Special Assistant on Community Communications.

Com. Mary Oso-Omotosho, a broadcast – journalist was a Chairman of RATTAWU Radio Nigeria Progress FM Chapter among other positions held in the union.

Mrs. Omotosho had previously served as Special Assistant on Media to former Governor, Dr. Kayode Fayemi and later as Special Assistant on Media to former First Lady, Erelu Bisi Fayemi.

The Ado Ekiti-born strategic communicator is a multiple award-winning media and Public Relations professional who is renowned for her role as a co-creator of a popular grassroots communication programme, “S’etigbo?” , during the immediate past administration.

In a release, the Chairman of the union in Ekiti State Com. Jasper Taiwo FALAE described the appointment as well deserved and earned by the compatriot Com. Mary Oso-Omotosho who was unarguably one of the lead vocals in the media job for the last administration and used the opportunity to request for more appointments from RATTAWU as the Union has lots of experienced, competent and credible members who are willing to join hands with the Oyebanji administration to make impact in the media and cultural sectors.
