The United Nation, UN, has called for the reduction of plastic production to end plastic pollution long-term impacts.
UN made the call in a comment on its Twitter handle, @UN.
Part of the comment reads: “to beat plastic pollution long-term impacts, we must reduce the production of plastic”.
Also the comment has that every minute an equivalent of one garbage truck of plastic is dumped into the ocean.
