The Labour Party, LP and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has presented more certified true copies of polling unit results at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal, PEPT, in pursuit of its claims to have won the 2023 Presidential elections.

The sheets presented are contained in INEC Form EC8As, polling unit results from some states of the federation.

The States include Ebonyi state with 13 LGAs (Exhibit PP1- PP13), Nasarawa (13 LGAs), Delta (25 LGAs), Kaduna State(23 LGAs), and Imo (26 LGAs).

However, the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Tinubu, Shettima, and All Progressive Congress, APC opposed admission of the documents and promised to issue reasons for their opposition before their final address.

Notwithstanding, the results were admitted in evidence by the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal.

The case was adjourned to Tuesday for the continuation of the hearing.
