Train Accident: Oyebanji sympathise with Lagosian

Following the recent train-bus accident in Lagos, Governor of Ekiti state, Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji said that his Government and people of Ekiti State stand in solidarity with Lagosians.

He said this in a press statement signed by his Special Adviser on Media, Mr. Yinka Oyebode, posted on the state official twitter handle, @ekitistategov.

While extending his condolence to Lagosians and the state Governor, Jide Sanwoolu, Oyebanji said that “The Government and people of Ekiti State stand in solidarity with our Lagos State counterparts, and we offer our support during this trying time.”

Earlier today, a passenger train crashed a Lagos State Government staff bus on its way from Ikotun enroute Alausa, the state secretariat, at the PWD area of the state.

At the time of this report, there is no ascertained number of dead and injured persons.
