The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Abbas Tajudeen, Ph.D, has revealed that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is committed to Nigerians’ wellbeing, saying he will ensure Nigerians benefit from its natural resources.
The Speaker stated this lately while playing host to the Emir of Agwatashi in Nasarawa State, Alhaji Dr. Abubakar Apeshi, who visited him at his official guest house in Abuja.
As obtained from the X handle of the Nigerian House of Representative @HouseNGR, he said, the Bola Ahmed Tinubu-led administration would work in collaboration with the 10th National Assembly to ensure that Nigerians reap the benefits of their God-given natural resources.
According to him, President Tinubu is committed to make Nigeria’s natural resources work for the benefit of the citizens.
Abbas also disclosed his desire to see that the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) becomes the dominant party in the politics of Nassarawa State, as he laments the intraparty clashes among members, which, according to him, has led to the party losing many legislative seats, both at the state and national levels, to opposition parties.
