Servicom Week: Ekiti Police Assures Quality Service Delivery to Residents

Ekiti State Commissioner of Police, CP Akinwale Adeniran has assured residents of the State of maximum and quality service delivery that will guarantee the safety of lives and property.

He stated this at the end of the Nigeria Police Force Servicom Week which commenced on Monday, 7th October 2024.

The CP seized the opportunity to implore citizens to remain law abiding and assist the Police and other security agents with credible information that will help to nip crime in the bud.

CP Adeniran commended the citizens and residents of Ekiti State for their cooperation and support for the Command and also appreciated the State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji for his support for the Command while the support from sister security agencies as well as the local security outfits was equally acknowledged.

A statement by the Police Public Relations Officer, Ekiti State Command, DSP Sunday Abutu said that, “the week is aimed at assessing Police performances, sharing experiences and identifying areas of improvement, fostering healthy relationships with the members of the public and ensuring accountability.

“The Command, during this period, had concrete interface with different stakeholders at the State Command Headquarters and the divisional levels such as members of the NURTW, RTEAN, Commercial Motorcycle Riders Association, PCRC, NUJ, NUT, NANS, NANTAN, Human Rights Groups, different tribes, amongst others.

“In their seperate reactions, the group commended the Officers of the Command for their diligence, professionalism and hard work that have resulted to the peaceful atmosphere being enjoyed in the State.

“They equally applauded the Command CP for fostering good relationship between the Command and the members of the public.”
