…says other countries looking into solar energy

By Udesinanna Stephen

Former Senate Representative of Kaduna Central, Senator Shehu Sani, has criticised Nigerians for showing interest in gas power when other countries are looking into solar energy

According to him, “When the Gas prices rise, we will then convert to something else.”

The Senator said this on his Twitter page @Shehu Sani

This is coming few days after President Bola Tinubu separated the State Ministry of Oil Petroleum and the State Ministry of Gas Petroleum for a focus on the power sources.

Sani said, “The World is converting to electric vehicles and Solar power, and we are converting to Gas; When the Gas prices rise, we will then convert to something else.”
