Retired Police AIG Unveils Gigantic Event Centre at Ikere-Ekiti

…promises safety of clients, affordability, welfarism

A retired Police AIG, Tunde Ogunsakin, has unveiled a gigantic 1000 capacity modern event centre in Ikere-Ekiti, Ekiti State.

The event centre which also has a 1500 capacity conference arena christened ‘Hallmark Event and Convention Centre’, will meet and exceed the expectations and desires for special occasions.

At a press conference in Ikere-Ekiti, on Tuesday, represented by Chinyere Ogunsakin, assures the safety of clients by their collaboration with inter-agency securities, company security, Police, local vigilante as well as engaging in community relations culture for optimal security.

The Bashorun of Ikere Kingdom added that it will contribute to the local economic sustainability of the area and entertainment industry, by promoting collaboration among industry players.

Speaking on the welfare and healthiness of the people, he stated that the centre is fumigated frequently to deprive the penetration of reptiles and other predators.

His words: “I want to assure you that we are security conscious, we have gone extra miles to place CCTV cameras everywhere. We are also collaborating with other security personnels.

“As regards the event planners and entertainers, we will be providing support for their needs and creating value chain opportunities for economic development, growth and sustainability.

“However, in providing security, Community relations Culture is the key. Let me tell you, the people around you is security, that’s why it is important to initiate corporate social responsibility.

“We are equally collaborating with industry players, so that this place would be affordable for our people.

“We are also fumigating the area from time to time to avoid Reptiles from entering into this place, just for the welfare of their clients.”
