Reps Commence Screening of Service Chiefs

Panels of the House of Representatives have commenced the screening of the Service Chiefs appointed by President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Information about the screening session which is presently taking place at the House of Representatives Wing was gathered from the House’s Twitter handle @HouseNGR.

According to information reaching us, the Members of the Panel, headed by Rep. Babajimi Benson, APC, Lagos, are all seated at the screening venue.

Recall that Roundoff reported that, the Speaker of the House, Abbas Tajudeen, announced the formation of a panel at the plenary that would have in inclusive, the eight principal officers of the House from the majority and minority parties to constitute members of the ad-hoc

“The appointees billed for screening by the committee are Maj. Gen. C.G Musa as Chief of Defence Staff; Maj. Gen. T. A. Lagbaja as Chief of Army Staff; Rear Admiral E. A.” The statement reads.

Following this, the appointed Service Chiefs are currently being engaged by the Adhoc Committee.
