OLUMUYIWA ADU FELICITATES DEJI OF AKURE ON 9TH CORONATION ANNIVERSARY

…appreciates his leadership style, initiatives for community progress

Dr Olumuyiwa Adu has joined well-wishers across the globe to felicitate the Deji of Akure, His Imperial Majesty and Paramount ruler of Akure Kingdom, Oba (Dr) Aladetoyinbo Ogunlade Aladelusi, CFR, Odundun ii on his 9th anniversary since ascension to the prestigious throne of his forebears.

Dr Adu in a press statement described the coronation anniversary as a memorable milestone that is worthy of celebration with the venerated first class Monarch, Deji of Akure, who doubles as Chairman, Ondo State Council of Traditional Rulers and Pro- Chancellor of Federal University of Technology Minna ( FUT-Minna).

According to him, “For the past nine eventful years of being on the stool, our handsome and urbane Kabiyesi has impacted positively on the community.

“His diplomacy, maturity, connections and wisdom have brought development and prosperity to our ancestral land and have gone to further to solidify the peaceful co-existence among the residents.”

Appreciating the focussed efforts of the Kabiyesi to place Akure in its rightful position of recognition and respect within the comity of metropolitan cities in Nigeria and his unprecedented promotion of socio-cultural values of the ancient city, Dr Adu aka Cubana showered encomium on the king for his foresight, courage and thoughtfulness.

Adu, who is also a legal luminary and shares a robust relationship with the Deji’s palace also extended his best wishes to Akure community, Deji- in- Council, the Olus and baales, religious leaders, and Akure sons and daughters on this auspicious occasion.

Dr Adu prayed to the good Lord to grant the royal father long life in splendid health as his impressive reign will continue to enjoy the grace of God Almighty.
