The entire family of Akogun Ojoribata, Igbole Irona,Ado Ekiti has appreciated the Founder of Afe Babalola University, Aare Afe Babalola for his kind gestures and support for the young and old members of the family.
They expressed this after the leader of the family, Chief Micheal Akinyemi- Akintola led other members of the Ojoribata family of Irona, Ado Ekiti on a courtesy visit to the legal luminary, Aare Babalola in Ado Ekiti.
Speaking with newsmen, one of the prominent sons of the family, Otunba Gbamila Adeoye explained that Aare Babalola had been so helpful to the family in many ways, saying some of their children enjoyed scholarship through him.
Otunba Adeoye who is the chief executive officer of Gbamila TradoMedical Centre noted that the philanthropic gesture of Aare Babalola is second to none in the country, hence the need to appreciate and pray for him.
He noted that the legal luminary had raised many sons and daughters of the family of Ojoribata which he is related to from his maternal side to become important personalities in the society.
According to him, if we can have two of Aare Babalola in the country, the society will be a lovely and better place for all and sundry.
“We can not shy away from the truth, after Ekiti State government, Aare Babalola is the largest employer of labour, he should be accorded priority and give sense of belong in any matter relating to the development of Ekiti State.”
