The Nigeria Communication Commission (NCC) has directed the implementation of the approved harmonised short codes for providing certain services to Telecom users in Nigeria.
This announcement was made today by NCC Management, with a direct message of implementation to Mobile Network Operators.
To facilitate this,the Commission has fixed May 17,2023 as the deadline for all Mobile Networks to fully migrate from the diverse short codes to the harmonised codes.
