The Leadership of the Medical and Health Workers’ Union of Nigeria MHWUN Ekiti State Chapter has hailed the emergence of Hon.Biodun Oyebanji as the Ekiti State Governor-Elect describing it as the best for Ekiti workers.
In a statement in Ado Ekiti, Chairman of the union, Comrade, Oluwafemi Ajoloko hoped that Hon. Oyebanji would give improved attention to the welfare of workers particularly those in the heath sector considering the various roles he played while serving as SSG.
He expressed optimism that the state and residents would also witness infrastructural development as BAO takes over mantle of leadership because he is experienced and diligent.
Ajoloko congratulated the Governor-Elect and prayed God to grant him the wisdom and understanding to record unprecedented success and surpass his predecessors.
Comrade Ajoloko described the victory of Hon. Oyebanji at the poll as divine and fulfilment of the will of the people with a promise that health worker would give him unflinching support towards achieving his goal for the state.
According to him, the Governor-Elect has a clear understanding of governance and the vision and dreams of the founding fathers having participated significantly in the creation process.
