Presidential Election Petition Court, PEPC has dismissed the All Progressive Congress, APC Party petition challenging the membership of the Labour Party, LP Presidential Election Candidate, Peter Obi
According to Justice Abba Muhammad who is currently reading the petition, APC’s petition challenging the membership of Peter Obi in LP is incompetent, thereby overruled.
