Governor Oyebanji gives succour to struggling mothers in Ekiti

Report reaching Roundoffnews.com is that Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji of Ekiti State has given financial support to two women who are struggling to survive based on different challenges facing them.


According to the DG, Office of Community Communications, Mrs. Mary Oso-Omotosho, the women who were at a time in despair have been able to smile again.

She noted that the support for the women was borne out to the deep caring heart for others and humanitarianism of Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji.

“The beneficiaries are Mrs. Ronke Ogunleye, an active member of Private Sector and struggling single mother who sells engine oil by the roadside but her building collapsed, leaving her and her children in dire straits.
Also Mrs. Iyabo Taiwo, a widow and active party woman from Ado Ward 3 who was severely and physically assaulted by the opposition party during the 2022 Governorship election while her business also faltered.

Both of them had their spirit lifted through the special intervention of the Governor which according to experts would lift them out of poverty level.
