Gaza: US commends Japan over pledge to provide humanitarian aid

The United State, US has commended Japan over pledge to provide humanitarian assistance to the people of Gaza.

This was made known recently by the
United State Secretary, Antony Blinkens via his X account.

He said, “Today, I thanked Kishida Fumio for his government’s strong leadership of the @G7 during this very difficult year in the in face of unprecedented global challenges. We are grateful to Japan for its pledge to provide humanitarian assistance to the people of Gaza.

“Had the opportunity to congratulate Japanese Foreign Minister Kamikawa Yoko on hosting the @G7 Foreign Ministers Meeting. The U.S. remains grateful for her partnership and for @MofaJapan_en’s important work around the world to advance our shared priorities.” He added.
