It is a dawn of a new chapter as well as continuous sustenance of the legacies of the founding fathers as Ikoro Progressive Association (IPA), an Ekiti State community focused socio-development association set to inaugurate a new set of national executives.
According to a statement by the Association’s inauguration planning committee, ” the new set of officers who were elected on August 28th this year will take the oath of office on October 12th for a constitutional term of three years.”
“Meanwhile, it is good to note that this is the first time in the history of over five decade-old Association that the national executives would be elected via a relatively obvious campaign exercise and keenly contested election. It was indeed a demonstration of beginning of a new prosperous chapter while the enduring legacies of the founding fathers remain unabated.” The statement said.
