ELECTION: VOTE WISELY… EKITI NLC CHAIRMAN

…urges electorate to be peaceful

The Chairman, Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Ekiti State Chapter, Comrade Kolapo Olatunde has called on residents of the state to go out on Saturday and exercise their franchise peacefully for the Candidate of their choice.

The NLC Chairman who made the call on Tuesday, during an interactive session with our correspondents said that there is need for eligible voters to go out to elect leaders that would give preference to the yearning of Nigerians.

He also advised Labour leaders in the state to mobilize workers to participate in the forthcoming election and support the candidates of Governor Biodun Oyebanji in order for him to be able to extend more dividends of good governance to the residents of Ekiti State.

According to him, the only way workers can reciprocate the good gesture of the Governor is by voting his candidates and his party.

The NLC Chairman used the opportunity to urge the security agents to do their job so as to ensure free and fair election devoid of ranchor.
