The leadership of the Nigeria Labour Congress NLC, Ekiti State has felicitated muslim workers in the state on the celebration of this year Eld-el-Kabir
In a statement in Ado Ekiti, NLC Chairman , Comrade Kolapo Olatunde appreciated Allah on behalf of the Muslim faithful for witnessing this Year’s celebration in good health and prace of mind.
The NLC Chairman who lamented the cost of goods in the markets urged them to be modest in their celebration and desist from anything that could bring blemish to the name of Allah.
Comrade Olatunde used the opportunity to commend the State Governor, Mr Biodun Oyebanji for extending hands of fellowship to some muslim leaders and others during the celebration.
He therefore called on the security agents to ensure protection of life and property, especially at prayer grounds during the celebration.
