Ekiti State government has announced Monday, January 8th 2024 as resumption date for all primary and secondary public and private schools in Ekiti state for the Second Term of 2023/2024 academic session.
In a statement signed by the State Commissioner for Education, Dr Kofoworola Aderiye, stated that the resumption was in accordance with the approved calendar for the academic year.
He urged all heads of schools, teaching and non-teaching staff as well as students and pupils in secondary and primary schools in the state to obey the directive as teaching and learning activities will commence immediately.
Aderiye added that the State Government would continue to provide direction and regulations needed for excellent outcomes from our schools.
