EKITI STATE ACTING CHIEF JUDGE PARDONS FIFTY INMATES

The Ekiti State Acting Chief Judge, Justice Lekan Ogunmoye has released fifty inmates awaiting trial in the Nigeria Correctional Centre, Ado Ekiti.

Out of the fifty awaiting trial inmates released, fifteen were pardoned unconditionally, twenty five granted bail while six have no case to answer.

Some of the inmates released by the Acting Chief Judge expressed happiness and promised to be law abiding citizens of the country.

In an interview, the acting Chief judge, Justice Lekan Ogunmoye warned them against further commission of crime.
