Ekiti: PDP North Senatorial Candidate, Funso Ayeni Inaugurates Campaign Council

…promises good governance for constituents if elected.

The People’s Democratic Party PDP Candidate for Ekiti North Senatorial District, Prince Funso Ayeni, has inaugurated his campaign council in Ekiti North ahead of the forthcoming election.

While inaugurating the campaign team on Saturday at Ido and Ikole Ekiti respectively, Prince Funso Ayeni charged members of the council to put in their best, and engage all necessary stakeholders critical to the project to achieve success.

He expressed confidence in the abilities of members of the committee to deliver on the mandate and ensure victory for the PDP in Ekiti North Senatorial District.

Prince Ayeni also reiterated the needs for the council members to make their campaign an issue-based , saying his more concerned about the people of the Senatorial District, their collective advancement, growth, and general wellbeing.

The PDP senatorial candidate urged the team to collaborate with other PDP stakeholders to use the achievements recorded by the party while in government to advocate for votes in their various communities.

Also addressing the council members, Hon Femi Ayeni and Hon Tunde Ogunleye, former chairman Moba LG and Commissioner for Public Utility respectively, enjoined the Council members to go to their respective Local government, Wards, and Units and to campaign for prince Funso Ayeni especially at the grassroots.

The council members were drawn from across the 5 Local Government Areas of the District and also made up of PDP and SDP returnees from each wards.

In their remark, some of the council members pledged their full commitment to the assignment, and vowed to ensure victory for prince Funso Ayeni and all PDP candidate in the coming general elections.
