EKITI PDP GETS NEW CARETAKER COMMITTEE

The National body of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP has set up a caretaker Committee to run the affairs of the party pending the convention.

This is contained in a statement signed by National Publicity Secretary, Hon. Debo Ologunagba.

The statement reads:”Following the expiration of the tenure of the State Executive Committee in Ekiti State, the National Working Committee (NWC) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), on behalf of the National Executive Committee hereby approves the composition of Ekiti State Caretaker Committee to run the affairs of the Ekiti State Chapter as stipulated in Section 21(2) (a-b) of our Party’s Constitution for a period not exceeding 90 days (3 months), or till a new Executive Committee is elected.

The members of the Ekiti State Caretaker Committee are as follows:

  1. Chief Dare Adeleke – Chairman
  2. Hon. Ayodele Joshua – Member
  3. Mr. Agbetuyi Sunday Joshua – Member
  4. Hon. Olonila Ojo Benjamin – Member
  5. Mrs. Mojisola Omotosho – Member
  6. Hon. Ojo Ayeni – Member
  7. Rt. Hon. Abeni Olayinka – Member
  8. Hon. Ademola Alade – Member
  9. Hon. Afolayan Akutupu – Member
  10. Hon. Bobby Jeje – Member
  11. Rt. Hon. Sina Animashaun – Member
  12. Hon. Araromi Akindele Samuel – Member
  13. Hon. Festus Idowu Akinbode – Member
  14. Hon. Ade Fajana – Member
  15. Barr. Ayo Oguntuase – Member
  16. Hon. Olanipekun Boboye – Member

The NWC charges all leaders, critical stakeholders and teeming members of our Party in Ekiti State to remain united and continue to work together for the progress of the Party.
