EKITI NURTW COMMENDS GOVERNOR OYEBANJI OVER CONSTRUCTION OF BUS TERMINAL CENTRE

…urges members to use facility judiciously

The National Union of Road Transport Workers, NURTW, Ekiti State has commended Governor Biodun Oyebanji over the construction of Bus Terminal Centre which was unveiled on Thursday in Ado Ekiti.

The Chairman of the drivers’ union, Chief Joseph Falope who gave the commendation during the commissioning of the Bus Terminal Centre in Ado Ekiti described the park as a welcome developement, saying it would increase the Internally Generated Revenue of the State and promote sanity in the transportation sector.

The NURTW Chairman known as Oloforo urged members of the transport unions to make judicious use of the park so as to achieve the purpose for which it was meant for.

He appreciated Governor Biodun Oyebanji on the achievement and urged him to keep the good work.

Chief Falope acknowledged the intrest and love of the present administration for commercial drivers in the state.

He promised that members of the drivers unions would continue to support the present administration to continue to achieve success in all areas.

The construction of the Terminal Bus Centre started during the second term of former Governor Kayode Fayemi and was completed and commissioned by Governor Oyebanji.
